·         Egypt attended the World Scout Conference , headed by the late Mr./ Abdullah Salama.

·         The first Scouting festival , held in the Royal Opera House

·            The first Sea Scouts troop in Alexandria , named as the "First Sea Scouts"

·            Mr. Wilson , the Scouting World Office director , visited Egypt

·           The late president / Mohamed Naguib was awarded the Silver Hawk Medal.

·           Gamal Abd El Naser , the Prime Minister, set the Foundation stone of the current building of the Egyptian Federation for Scouts and Girl Guides on 24/7/1954

1955

• Devoting 60 Feddans as a permanent camp for scouts in Abo Keer and a presidential resolution was issued , in this respect.

1956

• Establishing the 2nd Arab Scouting Camp and Arab Scout Conference in Alexandria, and President Gamal Abd El –Naser Visiting the camp on 1/8/1956.

• Hosting the first forum for Arab Training Leaders, in Cairo

• Establishing the Sea Training centre in Al ANFOUSHI, Alex.

• Hosting the second forum for Arab Training Leaders, in Cairo.

• The First Scouting Forum in the Egyptian Broad cast on 17/3/1964.

• Hosting the 4th Arab Scouting Camp, in Alexandria.
